I apologize if our customer service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concerns. On November 11th, you provided a deposit over the phone to proceed with an order. Immediately after that conversation we received an email from you requesting a price on a different model. As we had had several conversations regarding different product lines, we advised a deposit would not be processed until a final decision was made. When re-pricing the new quotation, as per your specifications, we discovered a clerical error in the calculation of your original quotation. We phoned you immediately to discuss and find a resolution. The decision was made to cancel the order and we did so.
