While installing one of two Garaga doors for a client of mine, a new employee at upper level doors made a mistake and drilled a hole through the face of a panel.
This was during the second wave of covid and material was scarce.
Even though the hole was barely visible after installing, upper level
doors refused payment until they had a new replacement door installed.
