After much consternation and investigation I discovered that there was no.foam… Read more My garage doors were freezing shut in the winter. The doors were a different make than what Upper Level doors supply. After much consternation and investigation I discovered that there was no.foam strip between the panels which allowed moisture to condense on inside of doors, run down to bottom and freeze. Upper level replaced both doors. Workmen were very friendly and worked efficiently and effectively. No more frozen doors. I highly recommend Upper Level doors Very competitive price.

Our garage door made a grinding sound and wouldn't open, so we called Upper Level Doors and Justin (Service Rep) came out within the hour to have a look...he was hoping it was just the springs… Read more Our garage door made a grinding sound and wouldn't open, so we called Upper Level Doors and Justin (Service Rep) came out within the hour to have a look...he was hoping it was just the springs needing tightening but unfortunately it turned out to be the motor...He tightened the springs, greased the door hinges and ordered a new motor...It was two days before Christmas and he came back two days later to install the new motor....Ultra quiet mechanism and we had our garage door working again.Thanks
