The entire experience was extremely positive from start to finish. Nicole was very helpful with any questions that needed to be answered regarding the product. Our installers did an exceptional job removing the old door and preplacing it with the new one. They disposed the old door and left the job site clean. The new door look's fabulous! Well done !

I don't have an issue with the work that was done and the young woman I spoke to was very nice, apologized profusely for the technician being a "no show" and rescheduled the… Read more I don't have an issue with the work that was done and the young woman I spoke to was very nice, apologized profusely for the technician being a "no show" and rescheduled the appointment.However, I was emailed a bill for $265 + tax, no breakdown of parts and labor. When I queried the amount was informed the labor was $90. Perhaps that's a flat rate but a bit thick for 15 minutes work. Partly my fault for going blindly ahead without a quote. Lesson learned, buyer beware.
